Kristine Cofsky made the move to Vancouver in 2002 from a small town on Vancouver Island, and since has been busy in the local independent film industry, both in front of and behind the camera. Kristine's breakout role came in 2008, in the feature film When Life Was Good, directed by Terry Miles. Made on a shoestring budget and partly unscripted, the film had its North American premiere at the 2008 Toronto International Film Festival. It went on to screen both nationally and internationally at various other festivals in '08 and '09, all with glowing reviews. Kristine was nominated for an '09 Leo Award for her work in the film. The film enjoyed a long run on Superchannel, and can most recently be found on Netflix. Kristine has since been involved in a number of Terry's projects, co-producing and starring in his 2008 film The Red Rooster (VIFF2008), co-producing 2010's A Night For Dying Tigers (TIFF/VIFF2010), and, most recently, a producing role on Cinemanovel, starring Lauren Lee Smith and Jennifer Beals, which is currently in post-production. In the fall of 2011, Kristine completed principal photography on her own first feature, In No Particular Order. The project, which Kristine wrote, produced, and starred in, was co-directed by herself and Terry Miles, and premiered at the Vancouver International Film Festival in October 2012. - IMDb Mini Biography By: L.
